I am trying to re-install MSN Butterfly Email software on a PC with Windows Vista. I believe I found the right download on the Microsoft website, but the software install fails with the following error message: MSN Explorer Designer E-Mail I have tried to install MSN Explorer, but I am not even sure that I found the right download. Can someone please help?
I just want a reliable link to the MSN Explorer software download and the Designer E-mail download, assuming that that is what I really need. The MSN Butterfly email software has been on the Vista PC for years, but it stopped working recently and I thought the PC had a problem. I took the computer to a computer geek who kindly (sarcasm) removed the MSN email software from the PC. Since then I found and fixed a problem with the Internet Explorer software and at least now IE seems to work properly.
